Justin Martin pleads not guilty on firearms charges

Actor Justin Martin has pleaded not guilty to firearms charges stemming from an alleged shootout with police on Tuesday (14Jul15).
The High School Musical 3 star was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and carrying a loaded firearm, plus two counts of assault by means of a dangerous weapon for allegedly pointing his gun at police officers following a chase in Boston, Massachusetts.
According to the cops, Martin reportedly did not use his weapon,
but his companion did and the officers fired back. Nobody was
injured and both men were arrested.
Martin pleaded not guilty to all counts in court on Wednesday
(15Jul15) and his bail was set at $35,000, according to
TMZ.com.
