Justin Bieber pays tribute to music boss killed in Paris terror attacks

Justin Bieber has paid tribute to his music executive friend Thomas Ayad, who was killed in the attack on a concert in Paris, France on Friday (13Nov15).

More than 80 revelers died and hundreds more were injured when gunmen entered the Eagles of Death Metal show and opened fire before detonating bombs as police stormed the Bataclan venue.

Among the victims was Ayad, an international product manager for Mercury Records who worked with the rockers as well as pop star Bieber, and the Baby singer has now taken to Twitter.com to share his condolences.

"Still thinking about Paris and my friend Thomas that we lost in the tragedy," he wrote. "He was a part of the team for years and I wish I would've had more time to thank him. Make sure to appreciate people while you have them. Thanks Thomas for everything you did for me. You are appreciated and missed. Thoughts and prayers are with your family & friends. #PrayForParis."

British band The Vamps also spent time with Ayad and his Universal Music Group co-worker Marie Mosser, who was also killed in the attacks, and they paid tribute to their team members on Sunday (15Nov15).
