Jessica Simpson is reportedly set to wed on Independence Day (04Jul14).
The singer-turned-fashion mogul will walk down the aisle with sports star fiance Eric Johnson in Santa Barbara, California over the major holiday weekend, according to editors at Usmagazine.com.
The couple had originally planned to exchange vows in a lavish
ceremony in Capri, Italy, but decided to throw a more low-key
affair on home soil.
Simpson revealed her plans for a 2014 wedding in January (14),
saying, "The new year will definitely bring on the wedding bells,
which is exciting... I think it's about time."
The pair is parents to daughter Maxwell and son Ace. Simpson was
previously married to singer Nick Lachey between 2002 and 2006.
