Jennifer Lawrence wants to take time off to focus on personal life
Actress Jennifer Lawrence is planning to take a short hiatus from acting to focus on her personal life.
The Hunger Games star's career has moved at a fast pace since garnering critical acclaim and her first Oscar nomination for her breakout role in 2010's Winter's Bone, and Lawrence admits she is starting to crave a little time away from the spotlight.
She tells USA Today, "I've built my career. I need to build my
human life. I need to get a house and connect to the people around
me and not work for a little while."
The 23 year old's career has continued to soar since taking home an
Academy Award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook earlier this
year (13), and her performance in new movie American Hustle has
also started to create Oscars buzz.
Next year (14), she will be featured in four films, including
X-Men: Days of Future Past and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part
1.
One personal relationship that seems to be going well for the
actress is the one with boyfriend Nicholas Hoult - the X-Men
co-stars have been dating on and off since 2011.
