Jenna Dewan-Tatum's baby shower turned sad as psychic channelled the dead

New mom Jenna Dewan-Tatum's baby shower was an emotional experience for her guests - because a psychic she hired for the bash put them all in touch with dead loved ones.

The Step Up star, who is married to movie hunk Channing Tatum, is a big fan of mediums and hired one of her favourites to read the fortunes of her party people, but the fun idea turned awkward when the psychic channelled the spirits of late parents and grandmothers.

She explains, "Everyone got free 15-minute readings but the funny thing was... everyone was leaving crying, because they're, like, 'My grandmother came through!'

"She was incredible though. It was amazing."
