Actress/singer Hilary Duff has filed for divorce from ice hockey player Mike Comrie.
The So Yesterday hitmaker separated from the sports star in January last year (14), but the pair remained on good terms for the sake of their two-year-old son Luca.
Now the star has made the separation official by filing divorce
papers, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the
split and seeking primary physical custody of Luca, according to
documents obtained by TMZ.com.
The former couple married in 2010.
