Heidi Montag undergoes another cosmetic procedure

Heidi Montag has gone under the knife once again to have the size of her breast implants reduced.

The former The Hills star has recently returned to the operating theatre to swap her size F implants for a D cup after the huge inserts left her with health issues.

She tells Entertainment Tonight, "Sometimes when I'm just sitting there, my breasts hurt so bad, I just wanna, like, rip them off.

"I have a ruptured disc in my neck, the nerves are pinching my spine, and then I'm having severe back problems with my muscles on my right shoulder. And my spine is being pulled forward from the weight of my breasts."

Montag, married to fellow TV personality Spencer Pratt, famously went under a staggering 10 procedures in one day in 2010, completely transforming her image.

She now admits opting for huge boobs was a mistake: "I do regret getting the implants. I wasn't warned by my doctor at all about back problems, about the repercussions. My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big.' I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of (in) my confidence."
