Gwyneth Paltrow creates healthy food line with fitness trainer pal

Written by . Published: May 25 2015

Actress, chef and lifestyle queen Gwyneth Paltrow has launched a line of gluten-free organic ready meals with her longtime trainer and fitness guru Tracy Anderson.

The 3 Green Hearts range features kale ravioli, fish tacos, pasta dishes, salads, juices and smoothies.

And Anderson insists that not everything on the menu is dessert free: "I'm a major foodie so there's also going to be frosting shots, but the frosting is made without all the processed things that really hurt us.

"I've (also) figured out how to make the best cookies that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs - all the main common allergens."

The ready meals will be available from Anderson's East Hampton and Water Mill fitness studio locations in New York.

Paltrow and Anderson aren't the only celebrities offering up healthy food lines to the public - Beyonce recently teamed up with her personal trainer Marco Borges to create an on-demand vegan service called 22 Days Nutrition and Cindy Crawford has created Cindy's Essentials - a line of shakes, juices and snacks.
