Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin finally sell off former New York pad

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have sold the New York penthouse they shared as husband and wife.

The stars, who "consciously uncoupled" in 2014, have been trying to offload the pad since March, 2016, and they've taken a financial hit to sell it.

The couple reportedly accepted an offer around $3.5 million less than the originally asking price for the three-bedroom Manhattan penthouse.

Sources tell WWD, the an unidentified buyer snapped up the pad for $10.7 million .

Paltrow was so desperate to sell up, she even featured the penthouse on her lifestyle web site Goop.

The actress and her ex-husband paid just over $5 million for the place in 2007.
