Gwen Stefani wears shoes customised with image of Blake Shelton's face

Gwen Stefani is wearing her heart on her feet, with a pair of sneakers emblazoned with a picture of her beau Blake Shelton.

In pictures obtained by E! Online, the 47-year-old popstar was seen out and about in Beverly Hills with her man, dressed casually. But keen observers noted that the Hollaback Girl singer was sporting a pair of custom Vans sneakers replete with a black and white image of her country singer boyfriend.

It isn't the first time the singer has rocked the quirky footwear. She's been pictured in them on the set of The Voice USA, the TV show where the couple's romance first blossomed, when they were both coaches on the show.

The pair, who began dating in November 2015 months after her split from Bush rocker Gavin Rossdale, seem like they're still firmly in the honeymoon phase of their romance, which has garnered plenty of headlines.

Blake previously said he understood the attention and why people might find it unusual.

"I think we don't pay as much attention anymore. We're numb to it," he has previously shared with Today's Carson Daly. "In people's defense, I think it's so hard for people to wrap their head around why Gwen would want to be with me. I don't blame 'em."

But Gwen was happy to set the record straight recently in an appearance on TV show Late Night With Seth Meyers.

"I love Blake!" she gushed to host Meyers. "He is the most incredible guy. Everybody loves Blake, and that's the thing. There's no way around it. He's just a sparkly... happy, amazing person."
