Gigi Hadid's alleged stalker to stand trial

A man is to go on trial accused of stalking model Gigi Hadid.

Marcell Porter, 35, was arrested on suspicion of stalking and burglary in June (15) after allegedly attempting to gain access to the catwalk star's New York City home on numerous occasions.

The charges in the indictment have been sealed by the court, but prosecutors have announced they are heading to trial, according to the New York Post.

The publication also states the case will continue even though court-appointed doctors ruled Porter to be mentally unfit.

Hadid, 20, put her Manhattan home on the market just days after Porter's arrest.
