FKA twigs and Robert Pattinson 'planning December nuptials'

Fka Twigs and Robert Pattinson have reportedly sent out save the date cards.

The showbiz couple, who have been an item since 2014, got engaged over a year ago, though rumours of a rift have since surfaced. Tongues began wagging when twigs, real name Tahliah Barnett, was spotted celebrating Valentine’s Day alone and she’s also been spotted numerous times without her engagement ring on.

However, those close to the pair say the nuptials are very much on and the couple have allegedly asked friends and family to save a date in December (16).

“FKA hated all the attention they generated as a couple, but they’ve been keeping a low profile in East London, and she feels more comfortable,” an insider told Britain’s Grazia magazine.

“The fact that twigs has decided to go ahead with the wedding again means she’s totally happy with where they are. They’re both excited about the wedding.”

The pair looked the picture of a happy couple as they embraced on the Met Gala red carpet in New York recently, with 29-year-old Robert in a white tux jacket and bow tie and twigs, 28, embracing the Manus x Machina theme in a nude Atelier Versace gown and a nude & silver leather harness, complete with a chain headdress.

Robert’s ex Kristen Stewart, 26, was also at the lavish annual event, with eyewitnesses revealing the Twilight actress and twigs finally had a chance to meet.

“Rob introduced them and they seemed to get along well. Rob and Kristen are on good terms and they’re both really happy for one another that they’ve moved on,” a second source said.
