Fetty Wap spends thousands on baby he doubted

Rapper Fetty Wap has treated his pregnant ex to a $20,000 shopping spree after previously disputing the baby's paternity.

The Trap Queen star briefly dated reality TV regular Masika Kalysha last year (15) and she announced she was six months pregnant with his child during a radio interview in Los Angeles in December (15).

Fetty Wap's representative promptly cast doubt on her claim, suggesting the former Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star was just trying to stir up publicity for an upcoming reality show, titled Pregnant in Pumps.

"I didn't see Fetty or a paternity test confirm this allegation..." the spokesperson told Us Weekly, "and her little announcement was very calculated."

The exes subsequently became engaged in a social media spat, and last month (Feb16), Masika filed court papers seeking to establish paternity of her unborn child.

She insists the rapper, real name Willie Maxwell II, was her only sexual partner around the time of conception and she wants him to take a paternity test so they can sort out child support.

Now it appears Fetty has started to have a change of heart as they were photographed shopping for fancy baby goods together in Los Angeles over the weekend (27-28Feb16).

According to TMZ.com, Fetty, who is already a father of two, spent $20,000 at the Petit Tresor boutique on clothes, toys and furniture for the tot.
