Fan grabs Kylie Jenner's hair outside Chris Brown concert

Reality TV star Kylie Jenner had to fend off a fan who grabbed her long locks as she left a Chris Brown concert in California on Friday (18Sep15).

Kim Kardashian's half-sister attended the Loyal hitmaker's gig at the Honda Center in Anaheim, but as she exited the venue, a member of the crowd reached out and held on to her long green-dyed hair.

In video obtained by TMZ.com, the 18 year old's head is seen jerking back and she grimaces, but her bodyguards came to the rescue and ushered her out of harm's way.

Jenner's security detail recently hit headlines after actress Jessica Alba accused the reality TV star's security guards of "bodychecking" her during a show at New York Fashion Week last Sunday (13Sep15).

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians regular later apologised by sending Alba a large bouquet of flowers.
