Hotstylz rapper Raydio G is suing Eminem, accusing the Lose Yourself hitmaker of sampling his tune without permission.
The Chicago, Illinois MC, real name Raymond Jones, claims Eminem's track Rap God features a 25-second sample of his tune Lookin' Boy, and he wants millions.
Jones is suing the rap superstar and his record label for $8
million (GBP5.3 million), TMZ.com reports.
