The Hunger Games star Elizabeth Banks is stepping behind the camera to direct the Pitch Perfect sequel.
The film project will mark the actress' directorial debut.
Banks co-starred in and produced the original film, which became a
surprise cult hit in 2012.
Stars Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson are reportedly attached to
reprise their characters in the sequel.
