DJ Zedd offers to work with Kesha
DJ Zedd has added his name to the list of producers who want to work with Kesha following her contract dispute fail on Friday (19Feb16).
The Tik Tok singer lost her bid to walk away from her Sony contract amid her sexual assault legal battle with mentor and producer Dr. Luke, prompting an outpouring of support from her peers.
On Monday (22Feb16), fun. star Jack Antonoff offered to hit the
studio with Kesha, despite her claims that she's not allowed to
work with anyone but Dr. Luke, who she has accused of sexually and
emotionally abusing her, under the terms of her contract.
Antonoff has offered to "leak" any new music they make together or
put it on hold until she finds a way out of her Sony deal, which
Dr. Luke insists does not come with a clause that ties her to
him.
And now Zedd has offered Kesha studio time.
The Russian DJ tweeted, "very very sorry to hear about the whole
situation. I’ll be happy to produce a song for you if you want my
help."
