Devon and Steve Aoki battling late father's wife

Model/actress Devon Aoki and her brother DJ Steve Aoki are facing a battle with their father's widow over his fortune.

Japanese restaurant founder Hiroaki 'Rocky' Aoki died in 2008 and his widow, Keiko Ono Aoki, claims his six children, including the Sin City beauty, took $3 million from his fortune while he was dying in hospital.

Keiko, his third wife, gained control of his $35 million estate last year (13) but she wants to reclaim the cash she accuses his children of owning, according to New York Post column Page Six.

All six children are fighting the claim, alleging the money was from a trust entitled to them and Keiko has no control over it. The trustees - Rocky's sons, Kevin and Kyle, daughter Kana Grace Nootenboom and close friend Kenneth Podziba - insist they were entitled to share out the funds.

They are also seeking to appeal against the 2013 ruling which awarded Keiko sole power over the restaurant magnate's fortune.
