Demi Moore 'checks out of facility'

Demi Moore has left a treatment center in Utah and jetted off on a vacation, according to reports.

The Ghost star, who split from husband Ashton Kutcher last November (11), reportedly checked into Cirque Lodge last month (Feb12) following a health crisis in January (12), when she was admitted to hospital in a semi-conscious state after suffering convulsions.

Demi Moore has now left the facility, and is carrying on her recovery on holiday in an unknown location, reports E! News.

A source tells the website, "She's in no rush to get back to L.A. She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people."
