Chris Brown wants to sue over car crash drama

Chris Brown is planning to sue members of the paparazzi he holds responsible for allegedly causing his car crash in Los Angeles on Saturday (09Feb13).

The Kiss Kiss hitmaker was on his way to the Debbie Allen Dance Academy for a Symphonic Love Foundation event when two vehicles reportedly cut him off.

As the passengers of the cars jumped out with cameras, Brown reversed down a nearby alley and slammed his black Porsche into another two vehicles.

The embattled star's sports car was totalled, although he escaped unscathed.

Police responding to the accident interviewed both Brown and the photographers, and although no arrests were made and no charges have been filed, the singer is keen to take legal action and seek compensation.

A representative for Brown tells TMZ.com, "We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them (paparazzi) civilly liable."
