Chloe Grace Moretz: 'My mum is doing great'
Chloe Grace Moretz has assured fans her cancer-stricken mother is doing well after they attended the Los Angeles premiere of her horror remake Carrie together on Monday (07Oct13), a week after the child star asked fans to "pray" for her mum.
The Kick-Ass star sparked fears for Teri's health on 1 October (13) after reaching out to her Twitter.com followers with the message, "please pray for my mama".
She did not elaborate on the note online, but recently opened up to
Britain's InStyle magazine about her mother's cancer fight, which
she has been battling for six years.
She said, "It made me realise... that your parents aren't these
godly figures. They're not chosen by the heavens. They're humans.
Their bodies can fail and they can die at any moment."
However, Moretz's mother appeared to be in good spirits as she hit
the red carpet at the ArcLight Cinema in Hollywood this week and
the 16-year-old star insists she's doing "great".
She told People.com, "She's here and she's looking hot."
