Cheryl Cole aims to emulate her idol Victoria Beckham by following her into the world of fashion.
The Girls Aloud singer recently teamed up with online retailer Stylist Pick to create an affordable footwear range, and she has now revealed she takes her inspiration from the former Spice Girl, who ditched her music career to become a full-time fashion designer.
Cole tells Britain's Grazia magazine, "I saw Victoria on a plane recently and she said how exciting it was being a designer. I think it's brilliant what she's done. I'd love to do what she's doing. Her New York Fashion Week collection was my favourite."
