Brooke Mueller's supervised probation ends early
Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller is celebrating after a judge quashed her supervised probation period early.
The reality TV star was arrested in Aspen, Colorado in December 2011 and later pleaded guilty to one count of cocaine possession in March last year (12). She was sentenced to one year's probation in May (12).
Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter recently met with prosecutors in
Aspen and they agreed to end Mueller's supervised probation
period.
A judge made the ruling official in January (13) after concluding
that Mueller had obeyed all laws and was conducting herself in a
responsible manner, according to TMZ.com.
The star completed a stint in rehab last year (12) and the case
will be expunged from her record in May (13) if her good behavior
continues.
