Bradley Cooper and Paul Rudd confirmed for Wet Hot American Summer series
Bradley Cooper, Elizabeth Banks, and Paul Rudd will officially reprise their roles from 2001 cult comedy Wet Hot American Summer for the forthcoming Netflix series.
Bosses at the streaming service released a teaser trailer for the upcoming eight-episode series on Tuesday (27Jan15), and the video reveals the names of the cast members in the new installment, set against the backdrop of Jewish summer Camp Firewood, where the film takes place.
Along with Cooper, Banks, and Rudd, their co-stars including
Christopher Meloni, Janeane Garogalo, Amy Poehler, David Hyde
Pierce, and Molly Shannon will all reprise their roles for the
reboot.
Creator David Wain will be back to helm the project, which takes
place on the first day of the camp's "famous summer season, now 14
years after the film's debut."
