Blake Shelton laughs off divorce reports

Country superstar Blake Shelton has mocked recent tabloid reports suggesting his marriage to Miranda Lambert is on the rocks.

Earlier this week (begs21Oct13) rumors emerged that the pair is heading towards a $40 million divorce amid claims of cheating.

The split speculation coincided with separate and unfounded claims they are also expecting a child and that Shelton is locked in a furious feud with Cher, who has helped him mentor contestants on The Voice.

Taking a swipe at spurious stories, he writes on Twitter.com, "I just read back to back NEW stories that mirandalambert (sic) and I are having a baby, divorcing, cheating and feuding with cher. Must be true!

"If it costs 40 million dollars to get a divorce then how will we ever afford it?!!! We had that money set aside for health care!!!"
