Bar Refaeli has undergone surgery to have a mole removed from her torso.

The Israeli supermodel shared an Instagram.com photo of herself in a doctor's office on Tuesday (12Nov13), alongside the simple caption, "Goodbye beauty mark."

Leonardo DiCaprio's ex did not go into any detail about the reason for the minor operation, but she made a fast recovery from the procedure and was back on the beach hours later, posting a series of bikini snaps on her social networking page.
