The Hills star Audrina Patridge's divorce is getting very messy fast amid reports her estranged husband has already violated her four-day-old restraining order against him.

The reality TV star was granted a temporary protective order on Monday (18Sep17), following a violent row with Carey Bohan, her husband of less than a year, and in her newly-filed divorce papers she claims he refused to leave their house the following day when she arrived up to pick up possessions.

She also alleges he installed video cameras throughout the house to monitor what she was taking, and swore at her when she protested his presence.

Audrina wants primary physical and legal custody of the couple's baby daughter, Kirra, and she has asked the judge overseeing the divorce to prevent Bohan from claiming any spousal support, and from taking their child to his native Australia.

Meanwhile, sources tell The Blast Bohan is under criminal investigation for domestic violence.

Police sources tell the outlet evidence to support claims suggesting he physically assaulted Patridge is being gathered.

Audrina reportedly filed a police report after a row with her husband on 6 September (17) and child welfare officials visited her at home to check on her child.
