Audrina Patridge files for divorce, temporary restraining order

Former The Hills star Audrina Patridge has filed for divorce less than a year after marrying husband Corey Bohan.

The reality TV star-turned-presenter has also been granted a temporary restraining order against Bohan following a series of alleged domestic violence incidents, according to TMZ.

In documents, obtained by TMZ, Audrina claims the beginning of the end of her marriage came on 6 September (17), when her husband, a professional BMX rider, started calling her names and harassing her during a row at their home.

The reality star started recording video of his rant when he allegedly urged her to file for divorce and then he grabbed her phone and deleted the footage. Fearing for her safety, she called the police and filed a report.

Child protective services visited her at her house nine days later.

She also claims Corey confronted her at a beauty event over the weekend and demanded to know where their baby daughter Kirra Max was.

The protective order request was filed on Monday (18Sep17) and Audrina's divorce papers hit the court two days later.

Corey and Audrina, who have been dating on and off since 2008, were married in Hawaii in November (16).
