Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis sue over unauthorized photos of baby girl
Newlyweds Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have launched legal action against editors at Britain's Daily Mail newspaper over pictures they published of their baby daughter Wyatt.
The couple has filed legal papers in London's High Court, taking bosses at the website's publisher, Associated Newspapers, to task over two articles containing "wrongful publication of paparazzi photographs of family outings" used to "promote clothing products by the Mail".
A statement from their lawyer, Paul Tweed, reads, "Ashton and Mila
understandably value their private and family life, and in
particular their personal time with their daughter.
"Like any other family they should be allowed to enjoy family
outings without being pursued by photographers. They have made it
clear that they do not agree to the publication of photographs of
such occasions."
The stars, who wed earlier this month (Jul15), are not the only
celebrities to launch legal action against the Mail - last year
(14), actress Angelina Jolie sued the newspaper for publishing a
video claiming to show her under the influence of heroin.
