Ariana Grande launching fragrance

Pop star Ariana Grande is set to release her debut fragrance.

The Problem hitmaker has teamed up with bosses at beauty giant LUXE Brands to develop her own perfume after being urged by fans to create a scent.

Grande said in a statement, "I have always been obsessed with perfume. I'm asked so often about which fragrance I'm wearing, or if I have a signature scent. I do have favorites, but I really want to create something that encompasses everything I love... Which is why I am so excited to create my personal fragrance I can call my own.

"My fans have been asking me to do a fragrance for a while so I am beyond excited to share this with them, to be able to express my creativity in this new way, and also incredibly grateful to have partnered with LUXE Brands."

Other stars to have cracked the perfume market include One Direction, Rihanna, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.
