Adrienne Bailon passes driving test
Singer/actress Adrienne Bailon has finally obtained her first driver's license, two years after moving to Los Angeles to work on talk show The Real.
The former Cheetah Girls star and New York native reveals she used to always use a car service or convince one of her co-hosts, singer Tamar Braxton, comedienne Loni Love, actress Tamera Mowry-Housley or stylist Jeannie Mai, to give her a lift after work, so she decided it was finally time to get behind the wheel and learn to drive for herself.
She started taking lessons over the summer (15) and after an
initial setback with the written test, she finally obtained her
first driver's permit.
Discussing the achievement on Tuesday's (15Sep15) show, she said,
"The written test is not easy, OK? I failed the first time and then
I had to wait 15 minutes and I got to take it again. I passed."
Learning to drive wasn't Bailon's only feat this summer - she also
spent time studying abroad in Paris and London, enrolling in
photography, French language, and fashion courses.
