Adele hints she'll release more music this year
Adele hints she will release even more new songs before the end of the year (16).
The British songstress may have made us wait over four years for her third album, but she has indicated that her next record could be out soon.
The Hello singer teased plans for new material during the first
date of her 105-date world tour in Belfast, suggesting it could
even be out by the end of the year.
According to The Sun, Adele told fans at her Belfast SSE Arena
concert: “There may be a new song towards the end of the
shows.”
However, she added: “I haven’t written anything yet, though!”
Although she might have kept us waiting for 25 – which became the
fastest selling album in history after it was released in November
(15) – the 27-year-old recently revealed she won’t be going on
another hiatus any time soon.
But the busy performer also told fans at her Belfast concert that
she still wants to spend as much time as possible with her
three-year-old son Angelo – her first child with partner Simon
Konecki.
"In between my albums I popped out a baby," she explained. "It is
the greatest thing I ever did."
"Now I have complete purpose. I want him to be proud of me and
understand why I do this."
Meanwhile, Adele has a hectic few months ahead of her as she’s got
20 more shows in the UK and Ireland.
Her next stop is Dublin, where she’ll play on March 4 and 5, before
heading to Manchester, London, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The tour then moves on to Sweden, Denmark and Germany, before
reaching North America, and finishing in Mexico City on November
15.
