Adele buys $9.5 million Beverly Hills home - report
Adele reportedly bought a mansion in Beverly Hills in a gated community near pal Jennifer Lawrence.
The British singer secretly bought the $9.5 million home, a month ago, in one Los Angele's most exclusive, communities in L.A. County, according to editors at TMZ.com.
Adele's new 6,600 square feet home is reported to be in the same
neighbourhood as A-list stars Jennifer Lawrence, Ashton Kutcher,
Mila Kunis, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Richie as neighbours, has a
reported four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, a treehouse and and
outdoor train set will no doubt be enjoyed by the singer's son
Angelo, four.
The home is the latest addition to the singer's extensive property
portfolio which is worth a reported $23 million. It includes a mews
home in Kensington, London, and a $5 million Malibu beachfront
home.
Meanwhile The Rolling in the Deep singer is reportedly about to
close a deal to move from her current label XL Recordings to Sony
Music, worth $131 million. The contract will bring her fortune to
$254 million, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.
The contract will reportedly be the most lucrative contract given
to a British artist, topping the $116 million British pop star
Robbie Williams was paid to move to EMI in 2002. It will also be
the largest ever deal handed to a female musician, with the
previous leader being the late Whitney Houston, who was given $102
million by Arista in 2001.
Adele, who was already named Britain's richest female musician in
the 2016 Sunday Times Rich List, with an estimated $123 million
fortune.
The 28-year-old scored five prizes at the Billboard Music Awards
earlier this month (22May16), for Top Artist, Top Female Artist,
Top Selling Song (Hello), Top Billboard 200 Artist, and Top
Billboard 200 Album for 25.
