Adam Levine's baby girl named Dusty Rose

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have confirmed they are new parents after welcoming a baby girl named Dusty Rose.

The Maroon 5 frontman's representative reveals Behati gave birth to the couple's first child in California on Wednesday (21Sep16), a day after the Victoria's Secret beauty's due date.

The Namibian model's pregnancy was first made public in March (16), and both she and Adam have been keeping fans updated throughout their journey to parenthood via social media ever since.

While Dusty Rose has yet to make her Instagram debut, Behati, 27, shared the final image of her baby bump last week (ends16Sep16), showing off her belly with an arty black-and-white photo of her side profile as she posed outdoors.

Meanwhile, singer Adam, 37, recently scrapped a series of concerts with Maroon 5 as he prepared to become a dad, including a Monday night (19Sep16) show in Hartford, Connecticut so he could be by Behati's side when she went into labour.

It was the latest date on the band's tour to be affected by the baby - the stars had already postponed seven shows originally scheduled for late September (16). Those gigs will now take place in February and March next year (17).

The couple wed in 2014 after two years of dating.
