Actress Jurnee Smollett-Bell is pregnant

Former Friday Night Lights actress Jurnee Smollett-Bell is expecting her first child.

The star, who used to play Jess Merriweather on the sports drama series, announced the news on social media by posting a picture of her standing in front of her husband Josiah Bell as they both cradle her baby bump.

“He+Me+Baby= Three," she writes in the caption. "So in love with this beautiful blessing God has given us. #WeArePregnant!!”

Her older brother, Empire actor Jussie Smollett shared the same image on Instagram and gushed about the new addition to his sister's family.

“My little baby is having a baby!!!!!!!!," Jussie, 32, wrote. "@jurneebell I remember mommy giving birth to you and now you’re about to have a baby of your own. I love you so so so so much. This is the most blessed event in life and you & @josiahbell are built for it. Love y’all so much. #BabyBell is coming!
