50 Cent sells out headphone range during QVC stop

Rapper 50 Cent made an unexpected return to home shopping channel QVC on Saturday (10Nov12) to boost sales of his latest headphone line.

The In Da Club hitmaker turned TV pitchman as he promoted his SMS Audio accessories on air and the sales drive proved to be a huge hit with viewers - the electronics sold out within minutes.

Boasting about the appearance on his Twitter.com blog after the appearance, he wrote, "I just made 177,000 dollars in 9min (sic) on QVC. Can some one hate on me so I can know this is real life (sic). SMSaudio".

However, the hard working star later admitted he wasn't feeling his best during the QVC stop because he has been struggling to sleep.

He tweeted, "So now I'm suffering from insomnia. i haven't slept in 2days. I close my eye's but I'm not sleep (sic)."

50 Cent made a similar surprise appearance on QVC in June (12) to promote the new products.
