You'll also get to try the Hawian noodle, which we have as a special. It's my award-winning noodle dish that actually beat Bobby Flay when I was on his show. It has two different kinds of noodles, egg noodles, it has rice noodles, calamari, shrimp, shrimp stock, a little bit of bok choy and it gets tossed in a walk and it's done.
Mm. This is like homemade goodness. I love it. It's warm, perfect for like a chilly summer night. I'm I'm so down with it. So good. And they put the chili on the side, so you can kind of like mix it all together and decide what you want to get into, what you don't. It's totally. It's like a little firecracker in my mouth.
Chef Mahan is from Singapore. Singapore is known for all the Hawker style food and this is totally something like you would get at a Hawker stand. Super, super authentic. Our biggest seller in this restaurant is the shaking beef. It's a Vietnamese dish, caramelized red onions. The meat itself is beef tenderloin soup. It's really tender. It's shaken in a walk, hence the name shaking beef. Everyone is asking me why? Because it gets cooked in a walk and it gets shaken a lot of times.
Mm. I can't believe how soft this meat is. I'm just saying, it's like super, super tender. It's so good.
