So, we have something fun for you today. You are a musician, you write songs about love and we want to get to know you better. So, we have some questions here based on the love topic. And we also have some questions based off the lyrics of your song If We Never Met. So are you ready for this?

I'm ready I think.

No pressure. Should be fun and easy. Okay. First and foremost, though what's your zodiac sign?

Uh, I'm a Scorpio.

Wow, okay. Do you know the rest of your birth chart? It's important. Sun,

I don't. I don't. I know I'm a Scorpio. And apparently, I am like true to a T Scorpio.

Okay. So what does that mean? Give me some qualities that you think make you true.

Um, um what did I hear? Well, I think the obvious one is, you know, my love language is definitely physical touch. Okay. Um I don't follow it that closely, I'll be honest with you, but maybe you could tell me what a true, true Scorpio is.

Well, yeah, well, it's a water sign. So they're typically pretty sensitive, emotional in tune. Yeah. Um, and then they're also, do you feel like you're you're good with like the depths of things? Like it doesn't necessarily scare you too much?

No, I my problem is is I tend to go too deep like too quickly with conversation. Like we talk about love, I'm going to be like weeping within 10 minutes. So get ready for it.

Okay. That's now my goal. I'm going to get you to cry on this couch because I'm a Scorpio moon. No. Okay. So, I think we can do it. So, explain it to me. How does where's the moon?

I don't I don't I don't know if that's gonna work. So the moon is in the sky. Um I'm just kidding. It's in the song too. You and the moon. Look at you.

Yeah. I'm impressed though because one of the questions was do you know what your love languages are? So, that's cool that you know that. Did you take the test?

Um no, I think it's pretty obvious. I just think.

Oh, there you go. Okay. All right, Scorpio, next question. So what are some of your dating green flags?

Green flags? Uh good eye contact. Definitely a green flag. Green means good, right? So you go. Continue. The first conversation is so important. Obviously, you need to have the eye contact, the body posture just like those initial, a good smile. Mmhm. Um an inviting personality. I think our green flags.

Okay. On the other side, red flags. Any that stand out?

Red flags. Yeah. Um just not being confident in your own skin. I think is a red flag for me. Like you know there's you can have confidence and be a shy person. I just think confidence is so huge for anybody. Mmhm. And I think that everybody has it and sometimes they don't believe it and they just need to like own who they are and just be a real version of themselves. Uh confidence for me.

I like that. Okay, next question. What do you do when you get ghosted by someone you really like? So this is advice.

What means ghosted? I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Ghosted. Uh what do you do when you get ghosted? I think that whoever is capable of ghosting somebody like the way technology is now and how connected is. You have to go through a lot of effort to actually ghost somebody. So whoever is doing the ghosting is a piece of bleep. Yeah. And honestly, the person that got ghosted should be very happy that a person that's capable of doing something like that is no longer in their life. Um I like that. I've never been ghosted, so

Wow. Look at that. Okay. #Scorpio. #Scorpio. Yeah. Okay. This one's a good one. What do you do when you have feelings for a friend and worry it will ruin the friendship?

Uh you go for it. I think the best relationships come from friendships. Okay. Yeah. I think you just flat out risk it all and and go for it and then it'll either turn into a beautiful love story or not, but at least you know you went for it.

#Scorpio. Is that a Scorpio answer? You're hearing people in the audience say. Yeah. That's a good thing.

Yeah. I didn't you should have asked me that last and then everybody could answer it for me because apparently it's very obvious.

True. Um okay, what's the most romantic thing that you've done for love?

I really like surprises. So, Okay. My relationship was long distance for a long time. When I was in Nashville and she was in Orlando. Okay. And so we made a pack that we wouldn't go three weeks without seeing each other and every time we were with each other, we would plan the next time we were going to see each other. So we always had something to look forward to. And then one time, you know, every time we would leave it would be tough and I went back to Nashville and she didn't expect to see me for three weeks and like four days later, I drove down from Nashville to Orlando and surprised her and she thought she was going to interview somebody and she got to Starbucks and it was me standing standing there. So.

Oh my gosh. That's so cute.

Yeah, I think surprises are are huge. I really like that.

So these next few questions are questions that we created taken from your lyrics of If We Never Met. Okay. So, I'd be drunk waking up in someone else's bed. So, actually I feel like I don't really have a question, but is there like a fun story behind that? Like how did you create this lyric?

So, I think once we got the title line, If We Never Met, Mhm. all these all these different possibilities rolled in and um, you know, when I was in Nashville, I was just young trying to figure out music just bouncing around all over the place. Like I would end up in all sorts of situations just being super social, you know, single, nothing tethering me to the earth. I was just like kind of floating around just like going wherever I would and sometimes I would wake up in weird places and be like, why am I here right now? Like and that's not who I wanted to be, it was just a small season of my life. And I think looking back having known like what love is and how deep that runs and the satisfaction of being in love and loving somebody else is like, wow, I I never would wish to go back there.

Right. I don't miss that. Right. Well, and I think it's important to to experience that side and then also the side of being in a relationship and love, right?

Exactly. Yeah. I like that. We can appreciate it.

Okay, next one. What if you never call me back when I asked you something stupid about the weather. So that line makes me think about pickup lines. I want to know do you like them and do you use them. If so throw one at me. Come on.

I can't do it. It's so bad. Um Hey babe. I'm not going to start with babe. I don't know. I don't even know who you are. Yeah. Pick a more cash. Yeah. If if I if there's one thing I could do I I just rearrange the alphabet so I could put you and I together. Yeah. See she's laughing. It worked. Linda. And I was thinking that too. Oh that's good. Okay. Last one. The lyric is it all comes back to you. So do you believe in soulmates?

Yes. 100%.

Okay describe to me. What is How do you know?

You know straight from Wedding Crashers, a soulmate is it's counterpoint and another. Cheeseville. True. I think um I think yes and no, I will say I do believe in it but you have to create that also. Like you decide if that person is your soulmate and then you commit to that soulmate. So I think it's I think it needs two sides. It's not just, you know, God put you on this earth for me. It's He created you for me and I've chosen you and you've chosen me. So I think that there's two sides to that.

I like that. Because it gives it a little bit like it gives you more control too. Like knowing that, you know, you've chosen this person makes it more special. Yeah. I love it. Well, I didn't make you cry. I'm kind of sad about that.
