What's up, Young Hollywood? I am back with Miss Fletcher. You Should Talk. Music video is everything. The song, the moment I heard it, I was like, this is going to be everywhere. Like, this is going to be everywhere. Not even kidding. It's the inspiration behind it.

The inspiration behind You Should Talk is a song that I wrote about an ex. It was a situation with somebody that I really, really loved and who was really like my first love and I didn't get any closure or really anything from the ending of that situation that I felt like I really needed and deserved. So, You Should Talk was kind of me formulating my own version of closure and it's meant in a very literal way, like I wish you would talk to me but it's also kind of like a you know you should be one to talk because you played just as big of a part in this as as I did. And I wish you would own up to that.

We are gonna play a game of Talk or Walk with scenarios. So I'm gonna give you a list of scenarios and you're gonna have to let me know with that lovely paddle. Are you gonna Talk or would you Walk? Are you ready to do this? Here we go. If your crush talks back to the waiter.

Walk. That's such a red flag. If somebody does not treat somebody like a waiter with respect, you know that they also don't treat like their mother, their family, their friends.

Preach it. All right, next one is your friend flakes every time you ask to hang out.

Uh, you should talk about it. I recently just had a situation like that and I confronted the friend and I was like, hey, what's going on with you? I feel like you've been flaking on every time we've been hanging. And we had a really honest heart to heart and found out she was going through some tough stuff. So talk about it. It doesn't necessarily mean that like they don't want to spend time with you.

Good for you. Communication is key. I'm all for it. I'm over it. All right, next one is a date cancels last minute.

I think you should talk about it but it also is dependent upon how many dates you've had. If like you're you've date you went on a couple dates a few times and it's been really good, you know, maybe they really are sick or whatever.

What about first date?

Oh, it's a first date, walk. Oh, really?

You just moved to LA and your roommate is a complete slob.

Oh, my roommate is actually my best friend from childhood. So she's really clean and it's ending up working out. But if you are dealing with that, I think you should have a conversation and be like, you're disgusting. And you need to get your shit together otherwise I'm gonna go.

All right, next one is you get asked to ghostwrite for one of your biggest inspirations.

Yeah, you should you should do it. You should talk, you should do it. You know, not everybody is gonna know that you did that but it's something that builds up your self-worth and your personal capital and value. And you can always do like interviews like, uh, you know that Beyonce song? Yeah, I wrote it. That's mine.
