Young Hollywood

Well, let's talk fashion a little bit. What are some of the things you're loving right now? What are some brands you're loving, just trends you're liking?

Brittany Snow

Um, I'm actually part of this a site called boutiques. com where you set up your own boutique and, um, and you know, pick your favorite designers and different looks and things like that. And I, I really, I mean, I guess my personal style is being really effortless and and chic but still kind of just glamour but never really trying too hard. I really like things that are flowy and pretty, romantic. I guess just keeping it really simple and, um, and not really ever trying too hard maybe.

Young Hollywood

Harry's Law, you're you're in a shoe store. I mean that's like every girl's fantasy like being around shoes all day.

Brittany Snow

Unfortunately, the shoes that are on set because there's so many of them, they, um, are actually really cheap and they're all size like 11. So they're like these huge shoes and they're like lime green. I don't get to be around, um, you know, like Christian Louboutins everyday but I get to, you know, pretend like I do.

Young Hollywood

Now I love the new show. I mean, you're working with David Kelly. That's like the Godfather of television. Doesn't get much bigger than that. When you were first meeting with him and and doing it, were you nervous at all? Were you like this is David Kelly?

Brittany Snow

Of course, I mean, it was very intimidating, um, meeting, uh, David Kelly because of his track record and his amazing resume and and who he is as a person. He's extremely intelligent. You know, he was a lawyer so that's why he's so amazing at these legal shows. Um, but I met him previously because I hairspray with Michelle. Michelle Pfeiffer. Yeah. So I had met him, um, but then when we kind of started working together on this, um, it was even more intimidating because his words are so profound and lyrical almost that I was getting really, um, nervous that I had to talk in that way. Um, and which has been actually really difficult and challenging but also really, really great.

Young Hollywood

So what have you learned? Let's hear some of your legal jargon that you learned that you didn't know before.

Brittany Snow

I didn't have a lot to say, um, legal jargon wise but I did in the first episode have to say, um, crystal, stiletto, strappy sandals with horse hair and woven wicker wedge heels. And like with a peep toe or something like that. And it was literally it took me like 10 times and then of course I'm in front of Kathy Bates who's an Oscar winner and I have to talk about darned like peep toes and wedges and like horse hair straps and I can't say it and I'm like, darn it David E. Kelly. But it it all worked out.

Young Hollywood

Are you happy you're an actress now and not a lawyer? Can you imagine having to do that every day and do all this legal stuff?

Brittany Snow

No, I am very glad that I get to just pretend. Um, my dad actually wanted me to be a lawyer when I was a kid. He thought that I would end up on E! True Hollywood Story if I went the acting route.

Young Hollywood

You don't feel lightheaded even or maybe delusional. Now I want to talk about your Twitter cause you you actually have some really profound tweets that you're doing on there. There's one I love the Coolio one you did a few months ago, do you remember that?

Brittany Snow

Oh wow, you remember that one. I know that. All right. But like that's a good point. People don't realize that. I know. I actually I put that on Twitter cause I was thinking about it cause all my friends whenever we text back and forth, I always say Coolio or like, oh Coolio or whatever. And then I was thinking, I wonder if Coolio ever is like, huh, that my name has outlasted my songs. Because I love Coolio. Gangster's Paradise is my go-to karaoke song. I know every single word backwards and forwards. I have a dance to it. It's I'm a big Coolio fan. So I kind of always feel a little nostalgic when I say Coolio cause I'm like, Coolio. And then when I tweeted that actually people actually it was really sad. I was like, I'm 24 but I feel really old because my, you know, people who followed me were actually like Coolio's an actual person. I was like, Oh my god, no. They're like, come on.

Young Hollywood

Now, if you were to summarize Brittany Snow in one word. I know it's a tough one. Where are we standing? What would that word be?
