Welcome to the Young Hollywood Studio. As you can see, we have some very special guests here today. The kids from the cast of This is Us. Thank you guys for coming. Welcome. You've been very busy lately. Oh yes. I've seen you everywhere. It's nice to see you in person.
I know. It's nice to see you too.
So tell me, you were recently at the Sag Awards. Uh. I believe. And from what I heard, your older counterparts from the show invited you as their guests. Is that right?
Yes.
I mean, it's cool to go to an award show, but to go to an award show and then win. Yes. Yes. It's really cool. And to be like 10 years old. Uh. That's like pretty cool. I mean, that's hard to top.
What was the best part of the award show besides winning?
The food.
Yeah. The food is pretty good, but I have to say meeting the people that were there.
Who did you meet that you were really excited about?
Um, probably Reese Witherspoon.
Oh. Yes. Well, your real parents on the show, so I guess not your real parents, but your show parents. Uh, Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimilia. Yes. So cool. Have they given you any advice or told you anything that you've applied to real life?
If you fail, try again and if you focus, you can really accomplish something. Um, and if you like keep messing up, just do it in different way and try different things, like, be mad, be sad, be happy, be
Try stuff new.
Angry.
Yeah. Make sure that you take in what your other castmates give you. Okay. Because if you don't listen to them, then you don't know what's going on. And if you don't know what's going on, then you don't know what's happening. So.
That's good advice. Yeah, you have to be really connected as an actor or actress, right?
Yeah.
Well, the show connects everybody. I watched the most recent episode last night, so spoiler alert. If you haven't seen it, don't watch right now because I'm about to give a bit of it away. Yes. I literally, I had both my dogs on top of me as I was crying. I was crying. They were licking my face and my tears. Cuz I was so sad and I couldn't stop ugly crying. Did you guys know that Jack was gonna die or how he was gonna die early on?
We knew that he was gonna die, but we just didn't know when and how.
Yeah, because, um, well, I didn't wanna know before everyone else. So I just waited and I didn't read the script. Yeah, I'm a script. I only read my parts because I don't wanna like know spoilers. I just wanna watch the show like everybody else.
So did you know like the episode before, or did you literally find out when you got the script?
We found out when everyone else found out.
Yeah, we found out when we watched it. They don't give us like the like the script because they don't want to get it like out because we they think that we're kids and we just don't like we just they just think that we're gonna like spoiler alert and all. So they just don't give us that.
They think you're gonna put it on Instagram or something. Yeah. You know, tell everybody what's gonna happen. Well, I think everyone cries so hard watching the show, but also they laugh. There's a lot of laughing in it. Yeah. You guys are so much fun. We've been dancing and having a lot of fun before we were doing this interview. What do you guys do behind the scenes to keep things exciting?
I do girl scout cookies.
Yes. And what do you guys do? I know there's a Rubik's Cube and there's some dance moves.
There's a Rubik's Cube. And then I've learned tricks from MacKenzie. MacKenzie taught me a couple. I don't know how to solve it like all the way. It's all. I only know to. Do we know how to solve it if it's like this? I only know that.
Well, that's what he do with his other ones and then he would always mix it up again.
Parker's gonna show off here. He did it like eight times before we came.
I just did a little pattern. I did a pattern.
Okay. Lanie, you have to you have to show us your dance moves 'cause you were grooving earlier. You got it? You gotta give us a little taste. Just a little taste. Okay. I mean sing what you just did. Okay, I give up. I'm just gonna. Okay. Up. Up. Woo! We can do that. We're just gonna do that. I love it. Well, you guys are so much fun. What would be your dream project or maybe a dream person to meet in the future.
I have I have this down.
Okay. Parker. You run with it. You got it.
I would want a lead in role in a movie. But the movie would be a superhero movie.
Yeah, mine too.
And I'd play and I would play the lead superhero in the movie.
Love it. Like Spider-Man.
Exactly. Superhero. Like Spider-Man.
Spider-Man. Okay. Lanie, do you have a is there a specific? Who?
Black Panther. Yeah. I like Black Panther. He's so cool.
All right. Well, maybe you guys could like all do a superhero movie together. Maybe that's the new The new Avengers. Oh. This is a very cool squad. This is squad goals.
Like Black Panther and then Spider-Man.
Spider-Man.
Yeah. We have to get you doing the Big Three chant. Okay. Okay. I'll you I'll let you just go with it. Okay. Okay. All right. Lanie, you wanna start?
Mhm. First came Me. And Dad said G. And then came Me. And Mom said We. And then came Me. And we said That's three. Big Three. Big Three.
