What up, Young Hollywood? I am here with Gia. What up, girl?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Hi.

Young Hollywood

You are stunting on everybody. I actually heard that you do your own makeup. Is that true?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

You do?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

Did you do your makeup today?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

I'm done. It's like professional status.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Thank you. Well, I've been wearing makeup since I was like in first grade.

Young Hollywood

I know that's right. I love it. She's like, since the first grade. When I was in fifth grade I was contouring. What? That's incredible. So wait, how did you learn?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Honestly, I mean, YouTube.

Young Hollywood

Okay.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

You know. That's what it is. I just think I got onto it like earlier.

Young Hollywood

Mhm. So who are like some celebs that you kinda like were inspired by as far as like look-wise?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Honestly, like drag queens.

Young Hollywood

Yes, come through. You better beat that face. Because

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Because I love like dramatic and like colors and all that. So.

Young Hollywood

That's what's up. So I'm just curious. For your music videos, do you do your own makeup?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

Good for you. Yes, cause I was looking. I was like, first and foremost, all of your looks are very much so consistent. So I was like, I wonder if she like hires a makeup artist or like what's the deal. So, no makeup artist for you?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

No.

Young Hollywood

Good for you. You don't need that.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Thanks.

Young Hollywood

They need to Look, the record label needs to cut you a check. For makeup artist and artist. That's super dope. Wouldn't you agree?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Maybe.

Young Hollywood

Okay. You're so cute. I love how you're just being so just like humble and just down to Earth with everything. So can we please talk about your tattoos? Cause these are relatively new, right? Like when did you get it? A few months back?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Oh, yeah. Yeah, a few months ago.

Young Hollywood

Nice. So what are the summer? So I'm curious to know, you're 17 years old. Who approved that? Uh. No, I mean I know you I know your parents have to kinda like sign off. So I'm sure you had a talk with your mom like, hey mom. I mean, I actually wanted How did that go?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

I don't know, I think it's just I think it's casual because like young artists nowadays get tattoos all the time.

Young Hollywood

Absolutely.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

So I think it's just like, you know, accepted.

Young Hollywood

So wait, what does your mom think?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Oh, she thinks they're cool.

Young Hollywood

Really?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah, she has cause she has tons of tattoos. And so does my dad.

Young Hollywood

Mom's a down chick.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah. She's a down chick.

Young Hollywood

I love it. So was she there with you when you got your tats?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

No, she actually wasn't.

Young Hollywood

Okay.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

But I showed her when I came home.

Young Hollywood

What'd she say?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

She She loves them all.

Young Hollywood

That's what's up. Do you want more?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

Next. Next piece you plan on getting.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

I'm gonna get like thorns.

Young Hollywood

Nice.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

And then like a eyeball in the middle.

Young Hollywood

Okay.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Like American traditional. I have the Grim Reaper right here.

Young Hollywood

Stop. I actually just recently got a touch-up. What? I got this tiny tattoo and I almost passed out. So I don't know how the heck What? you manage to do the Grim Reaper in the head. Oh my God. Girl, I almost fainted. Why? It was a problem. I legit called on Beyoncé and Lady Gaga. Like, help me somebody. Oh my gosh. Yeah, it was a mess. So wait, hold on. Can we please talk about the single Candela? Vocals.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Thank you.

Young Hollywood

On point. All day.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Thank you. That's one That's one of my favorite songs that I've written.

Young Hollywood

I can tell. I love it. So what was like the inspiration behind the song?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Basically, like, about a hard time that I went through in my life.

Young Hollywood

Mhm.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

where I kinda felt like I didn't have any hope or opportunities or, you know, things to look forward to. And I feel like we all experience that sometimes in our life. But we kinda just have to realize that it's not about where you are, it's about how you see the world. And you have to keep that positive mindset and keep encouraging yourself because you have the possibility to be the best person that you can be. So, you might as well take it. This actually gonna be a new version of it with a feature.

Young Hollywood

Can you spill the beans?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

I can't spill the beans.

Young Hollywood

Girl, come on. The beans can't be spilled. I'm done. Okay, that's fair. You're gonna have to get a burrito without the beans. Oh, okay. What about some guac? Can we get a little side of guac?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

I love it. So wait, you just got a lot going on. You have so much going on right now. You are also touring.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Yes, I am gonna be touring. It's gonna be awesome. You can expect to see me doing some dance moves maybe.

Young Hollywood

Dance moves. Yes. Come through, choreo. I love it.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Oh yeah, I've just been rehearsing and trying to get prepared for tour.

Young Hollywood

Oh my God. You are killing the entire game. So, new single. It's about to come out. 100 Ways.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

100 Ways is about how in my life I've learned that no matter what obstacle or person or thing tries to come between me and my goals, that I'll always find a way around it. And another way to get there.

Young Hollywood

I love it. And the artwork for 100 Ways?

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

Oh, yes.

Young Hollywood

Girl. Yes. Come through. It's super dope.

Singer Zhavia Talks Makeup

I I hit up this um Russian tattoo artist. And yeah, we just like shot the cover like as a music video.
