Happy birthday. I have to hear how a young starlet celebrates a birthday and the presents that you got.

I usually try to stay at home, and I think that's the best way to spend a birthday, is to do it without talking to people. I think it's great.

Well, being anti-social could be a nice way to celebrate your birthday. But you did mention home. You and I have something in common. New Yorker. I'm a New Yorker.

Oh, no way!

The best city on the planet, I think. So what makes New York home for you?

Well, I don't have to drive everywhere. I'm the worst driver. I'm trying to get my driver's license and it's it's going fine.

Explain that "fine," because that wasn't a "fine."

I'm not I'm not the best driver, and I know that for a fact.

Have you failed a driving test?

Oh, yeah.

How many?

Oh, one, don't worry.

Okay, okay. So you failed it once.

Oh, yeah, I failed it once. And I knew I was going to fail. I told everybody.

Did you tell them who you were? Like, hey, I'm famous. I'm cool, let me pass.

No. I don't I I don't really think of myself as a famous person.

Really?

I I don't think so. I I I'm only but I'm like three things. It's fabulous. And now Jessica Chastain is going to be playing the older you in the sequel.

Yeah, I know. Yeah, it's so cool.

Isn't it? I mean, and then Amy Adams is the older you.

Yeah.

In Sharp Objects. I mean, wow. Anyone else that people say you look like?

If I had to say, Scarlet Johansson maybe? A little bit? Maybe.

You rock this haircut.

Ah, thank you. At one point I just felt like, you should just probably cut it all off. Like, everybody around me was like, oh my god. What if you've done?

Wow, tell me more. Like, one simple haircut really changes things.

Changes things. It well, it got me into the like my roles. I mean, like, it did well for me, I guess. Job-wise.

Nancy Drew would be proud. And your latest film, Nancy Drew and the Hidden Staircase.

She's into solving mysteries, right? I want you to answer some questions.

Based off of Nancy Drew wanting to solve some mysteries. Okay? Here we go.

Okay. Sure.

Now, any mysteries in your life that you would like to solve? They can be global, like world peace, or how do microwaves really work? What mystery do you want to solve in your life?

I lose everything. Like, I lost my phone three times this morning. I mean it in the span of 15 minutes, I lost my phone three times, and it was it was bad.

Where was it? And how did you lose it?

Uh, I keep forgetting it's in my pocket or in my hand and then I drop it.

This is funny. For your next birthday, I'm going to buy you a fanny pack.

I love fanny packs. I love them. God's gift to women. I'm sorry. They are modern. You're a modern chick. Fanny packs. I love them.

A lot of people are wearing it now as purses.

Yes. And so, I don't know why, but I when I first heard about it, I kind of got angry. Like, they just like it almost looks like people like kind of are embarrassed of wearing fanny packs so they're wearing it kind of like a purse. And I felt kind of like angry at it a little bit at the in the beginning, because, you know. It's supposed to be around the waist because that's that's the way it's supposed to be.

Right. Favorite book.

I'm reading recently, it's called The Odyssey. My mom read it and my brother has read it for for his uh, school, so now I'm going to read it.

Amazing. Amazing. At home, I always I like to binge shows on my free time. What show are you binging?

Uh, I just finished um, The Umbrella Academy just recently. And that's a good one.

The crowd says ooh.

Yeah, I know. I heard that. I love it.

Okay. At school, I always I always like to listen to podcasts. What's your podcast?

Uh, I like listening to um, uh, there's these brothers called the McElroy brothers. Okay. And uh, they have a few podcasts like um, there's a Dungeons and Dragons podcast that I'm into. They're really funny.

Okay, food I can't live without.

I have these chips that I eat now, like these these really good chips that are actually called they have like truffle chips. Yes. And they taste like truffles and they taste really good with goat cheese.

And then when I grow up I want to be an actor.

Well, you've succeeded. Thank you. I like to keep my job that I have right now.
