Dobre Brothers Talk Touring, Fans, & How to Overcome Bullying

What's going on guys? We are so excited today because the Dobry brothers are in the house. Yes! I hope you can like relax a little bit because I've been following you on social media and you guys have been all over the place. You're on tour right now. What's been the best part of the full screen live tour so far?

Pranking each other on the way. Really? Yeah. Just being able to perform with each other on stage has been one of our dreams too. So that's that's just fun. Just being able to put our music out there and just engage with the actual fan base is amazing, you know?

How would you describe the tour? It's kind of like what we do on like on YouTube but actually on stage, right? It's pretty lit. Um, we're performing our music. We get to meet a bunch of fans before and after the show. They get to really see who we are.

And kind of touching on your fans. You guys have such crazy fans. What's been most unique to like connecting with fans and people while you're on tour compared to just on social media?

I would say for me one of the biggest deals is we know that the kids love watching us and they're our fans, but also for them to tell us their parents. I mean, their parents come up to us and tell them what an impact we've had on them and our parents thank us for keeping our content clean. We have a really wide fan base and sometimes they even tell us, you're on my TV screen too much. Like, God, you guys, like till like night time. My kids are watching. They're watching everywhere. Yeah.

Has there been like a fan story that really has jumped out since you've been on tour?

Our favorite fan story is seeing how we've positively impacted the fan in person when they come up to us and like, you guys have helped me so much. This song has helped me so much or this video, like, just seeing in real life, seeing that we actually have an impact on people in a positive way. Yeah, because like online we just see views, but in real life, it's like actual real people watching, so it's crazy. Yeah.

Well, and tell me about the Dobry Army because for those that might not know, what does it mean to be a part of the Dobry Army?

Everything positive in this world, being yourself, doing your best at what you love and not letting people change you and and also anti-bullying, being against that and standing up and being the hero.

It's such an important message right now, I feel. It's it's so needed especially in social media. So congrats to you guys for

for promoting that.

We have our song Stop that out right now that really incorporates a lot of the bullying in it and it's pretty much all about not letting the hate get to you and then we have something else coming out soon for cyber bullying as well. So

What's your like biggest advice? Like number one piece of advice, if someone's being bullied or is feeling attacked online, number one piece of advice.

I think we each have one. Don't listen to the bullies, like stay in your own lane. I would say, I'll get out on him and say like, don't pay attention to him, just ignore it. Just like kind of like block it out. I would just say, just do what you love and don't listen to anyone. Like, we've all had people come up to us and say, you know, certain things, talk trash. I I was in college, um, I was a finance major before all this and I had a few of my boys just try to make fun of me for what I was doing and I didn't know how big this would get, you know? So sometimes I would let those thoughts get into my head. But at the end of the day, like, I didn't and I just kept pushing through it and now killing it with my brothers, so. Yeah.

You were true to you.

We're really blessed. Stay true to yourself and love yourself and don't even be scared to tell someone if something's happening to you, you know? Yeah. Because at the end of the day, um, you want to stand up for yourself and don't be scared. There's nothing wrong in doing that.

And part of the speaking up too is like finding a support group, I think, that you can rely on whether it's your brothers or family or friends or whoever it might be. Someone you can confide in. And everyone else out there, witnesses, be an active bystander as well. Well, I have another individual question for you guys. As a part of the Dobry fam, what's your role? So like who's the number one prankster? Who's the sleepy head? Who's the businessman? Like what's your thing?

Darius is definitely the sleepy head. Me? I mean, I I feel like I have a good amount of free time sometimes and, you know, after a long, Just get a few, get a few naps in. after a long weekend of tour and filming, sometimes you gotta sleep, you know? I feel like we're all kind of the pranksters, right? We're all the pranksters, yeah.

Okay, so equal pranksters.

Yeah. We all have our own strengths we bring to the team. I keep everyone in line, you know, I'm the oldest brother. I gotta look after everyone, leader.

That's a lot of responsibility.

It's a lot of responsibility, but I always got my brother's back. Marcus, he's like a future teller. He always makes predictions on what's what are the best moves to make, which we need in the team. Lucas just has such a pure heart, you know, and reminds us of who we are and and, you know, that we we gotta just stay humble and and love and spread love and positivity and Darius is just the fun, the funny guy of the group. So it's just like, I gotta make sure, I gotta make sure my brothers are having fun on the road, you know? Whether we're doing something together, going out, just because you have to have that balance, you know, where there's there's work or doing what you love and, you know, you have to have time for yourself as well.
