Congratulations. You got engaged.

I did. I did. She said, yes. Yay. So, these are all good things.

Yeah. Oh, that's so exciting. So, how did that all come together? You'd been kind of thinking about it for a while?

So, I've been thinking about it for a long while. I've been with her for 12 years. Oh, which is crazy. We met freshman year of college in 2004 and um, yeah, and so this summer was just kind of like one of those things where I was just like, we're gonna move out. We live in New York together. We're gonna get our own spot, and one thing led to another kind of thing and then we were in uh Mexico. We had this like awesome hotel on the beach and

Super romantic.

Yes. I was like it's like I was like feeling so cheesy about it. I was like, oh, the sunset, the beach, it's so cliche. No, it's amazing. And then I was like, let's just go get food. And she's like, well the sunset. I was like, I just need you to stand up so I can be on my knee when you turn around. And she's like, we just sat down. And so, she stood up, turned around on the knee, she said, yes. She didn't actually say yeah. She just she said, oh my God, really through her sunglasses at me, started crying and then I was like, I'm assuming this is yes.

Oh. Well, big congratulations. Have so much fun in this next stage of it all.

Well, I saw also on your Instagram I noticed you like snowboarding.

I yes, I did just come back from an Alaskan cruise last night. So, that's nice. Yeah, it was crazy. It was kind of like it was like Comic Con to Mexico to Alaska, which was insane. And if you can ever go to Alaska, I highly recommend it because I never really

Yeah, like what do you do there? What do you do?

It's like the water of Moana with the mountains of Frozen. Wow. That's the cheesiest way I can put it.

I love that.

But it's like crystal clear greenish bluish water with this like snowy mountains and it's it's crazy. But um, but yeah, we we snow word there and then we went dog sledding and it was just it was crazy. It was like the honeymoon for the engagement. And so.

Wow. Cool. So, when you're not being an adventure seeker, what do you like to do in your free time to just kind of hang out and relax?

Yeah, I recently, well, because I live in New York and so when I come out here to shoot but

Are you guys living here temporarily?

We're here, yeah, doing the Airbnb situation while we shoot. And then I was always on the East Side and then we just recently moved to the West Side and I was so now I just kind of spend every day at the beach. It's like the best free thing to do in

Yeah, in LA you can walk around with your yoga pants, no T-shirt. I mean, whatever you want, no one cares. If you do that in New York.

I don't think anyone wants to see me in yoga pants, but yeah, sure. It's an option.

I don't know, people would probably love it. People like Kyle Harris He wears yoga pants. You're a very talented actor and I I believe that maybe you started with acting in theater. Musical theater, yes. Do you think you'd ever go back to theater?

Oh, yeah, in a heartbeat.

Can you sing?

Not now, but yeah, sure. I can. Yeah.

Yeah, that's how I got started in this whole thing is yeah.

So, did you start maybe for the singing portion or for

Um, kind of. I actually started because of a girl in high school, like every other. Yeah, I met a girl did theater and I grew up as a soccer player and that was kind of like the trajectory. And then I met this girl and I met a bunch of her friends doing the theater thing because they needed the art credit. And then I was like, Mom, Dad, I think I'm doing theater. And my dad was like, my mom was like, great. I hate watching soccer.
