Really? Do you make the crew members walk around in a speedo with you?

I would do that. I'd make everybody do it just to make it one big Team Wolf party. I just try to make eye contact and stare, make it awkward.

Some of them some of them just won't look. They'll just, you know, they're like, why is this kid staring at me? What is he doing?

Oh, I have a joke for you by the way. I love jokes. How do you make a Kleenex dance?

I don't know this one. I stole this from the Teen Wolf website. You told this joke. What was that? So they go around tell they go around asking jokes and and I was told it's going to be, you know, keep it PG. So I did, you know, what do you how do you make a hankie dance? Put a little boogie in it. And then and then they go to they show Conan O'Brien who does like a dirty nasty joke. He's the dirtiest joke. About having sex with your grandma and I was like, why didn't I get to say a fun one?

Okay, so let's talk about first of all the showrunner of Teen Wolf said that you are very important this season. Parrish is very front and center this season.

I like to think I was always important. I just in the background a lot.

Okay, okay. Let's rephrase. He said you were always important but you're particularly important this season. How has it felt to sort of have that moment? That Parrish moment?

Uh, it's really cool. You know, I'm I'm I'm in the mix of things now. I feel like I'm a part of the the pack, Scott's pack. You know, hopefully in the future I'll be able to help solve problems more or help with the supernatural, which Parrish is trying to figure out that whole world and coming into his powers and I'm just figuring out what he is.

And we're trying to figure out what he is too. #WhatIsParrish? It's trended. Everybody wants to know and so we're gonna find out soon.

Yes, it's coming. I wish I could tell you right now but I can't.

$1,000,000 question. And you know at this point because you didn't always know.

Yeah, I know. You know, as an actor you want to know all the information. You want to everything for your character helps you build uh, you know, your backstory, this and that. Teen Wolf with Parrish, it's been a lot of unknown. So I've had to do something completely different than I'm used to. But it's been fun. It's been entertaining.

Now, what was your reaction the moment you found out what is Parrish?

I was just excited that it was something cool. So it's really cool. Yeah. I just didn't want like it had to be, right?

Well, yeah, but I don't know, you never know.

I could be like I could be the character where like my finger lights up and you know, I can just make the dark not dark, you know, and I was like, that's it? That's all I got? You know, so I was scared. You're cute. But I was scared they're gonna give me something dumb, not useful.

Okay, so your reaction was if if your face was to give your reaction was 1, 2, 3. Okay, it's good. Okay, so it's good. I love it. Um, T-pose. I love calling him T-pose. Tyler Posey was talking about how there's sometimes like really crazy things that you guys obviously have to do on set and stunts and he talked about like the rain globules because he said when they have to make it rain on Teen Wolf. It's not really rain. He said the raindrops are like this big and it's freezing.

Oh, it's freezing. It's like cold water. Is it? And it like pelts you in the face. It's like thankfully I haven't had to do that much. Uh,

Don't tell the showrunners that. They're gonna be like, we're gonna put him in the rain next season. Not too much.

Yeah. Well, no. Mine's been equally. I'm I'm naked in the forest when it's freezing. That's true. I've been Malibu Creek Canyon like shaking as I'm supposed to be carrying a body like, uh, you know.

What do they do to keep you warm between takes?

You go in front of these heaters. These huge industrial heaters where you just like go and sit like, but it's like It's like I might be scalding my skin but I don't care. It's a delicate subject. You can't get too warm to where then you have to go back on camera and then you're like shake. So you have to like

Right. It's a you're it's a trick you have to learn. You have to like. So this is why I couldn't be an actor. I'd be like, keep me in front of that thing. I don't care if there's another take. I just need to be warm. I'm done. I'll be in my trailer. I just I just need to be warm. Okay, so you and Holland have had a little bit of a love triangle situation going but you've also had a really cool fight sequence that I saw.

Yeah, she she kicked my butt.

Is it more fun making out with her or fighting with her?

I would say making out with her except for the fact that the makeout scene with her, she was in blood and goop and I was, you know, it started. It was supposed to be, you know, it was a a dream sequence type thing. Right. Uh, so it starts off as I'm kissing her and it's her and then I pull back and then she's basically burned and bloody and it was terrible.

Oh my gosh. Terribly fun. It sounds like a lot of fun. It is. It so how is it? Because this is such a loved cast and this is such a, I mean, you've been on it for a few seasons, but this is, you know, you're like you said you're you're becoming more of the pack now. And just sort of like even when we interview them at Comic-Con, it's like, oh, I think they said they were like the Beyoncés of Comic-Con because it's just like the the fandom is crazy.

Yeah. Yeah, it was the that and Game of Thrones the highest, you know, trending social media for for all Comic-Con, which is awesome. You know, it's the fans. They love us. We love them and Yeah.

Best fan encounter you've had?

Uh, there's so many. You know, I do a lot of stuff where I travel overseas and do some promotion and some of the things that they make for you or they tell you the stories. It's mind blowing.

Are European and overseas fans crazier than the American ones? Who do you think generally is a little more risqué?

South American fans are pretty. Those Latinos. They're pretty passionate too. It's all over. It's all over. It's that's what's awesome about Teen Wolf. It's all over the world.

I'm I want to point out, you have 14 siblings. This is the craziest. Are your parents Wait, that's not normal. The nicest people on the planet or what what like what happened? Was this intentional? Did it just keep going?

If you have 14 kids, you can't be 100% nice all the time. There's no way. I mean, you can't you know, my mom has a little drill sergeant in her. God bless her. She has to. She does. Um.

So you're number five or number six? Okay. How do you stand out when you're in the whole pack in like Hey, I'm an actor. You got your wolf pack and then you got your own pack.

I became an actor. I I crave me attention. I need some attention somehow. Look at me.

What would your siblings and your friends say? You know, we talk about, you know, #WhatIsParrish? What would they say about who is Ryan? Are you like secretive and are you like an open book, do you think they would say as a person?

I would like to say they would say nice things. Yeah. Um, like I said, I grew up, I was the troublemaker. So they, you know, sure there'll be some fun little drabs in there, but uh it's you know, I'm I'm not I don't have any secrets. I'm an open book. They know They seem like a nice guy. They know uh Yeah. You know, all my dirty secrets, they know all my.

What's the worst thing your sibling ever did to you? Either, you know, like beat me with a hairbrush or or

Was this a female? Is this a sister? Yeah, yeah. My sister used to.
