Hey everyone, it's Michelle Marie here to give you a sneak peek of some of NBC's hottest new shows coming up this season.

Watching you as a rookie cop in LA, it's so different from when you were on the OC.

How do you feel about this new role?

I definitely chose a role that's quite different from what I did on the OC on purpose.

I wanted to challenge myself, and uh, I'm loving it.

It's great.

I mean, it's it's like every boy's fantasy to to like run around in LA, chasing bad guys, you know, firing guns, it's really fun.

Did you ever dream of being a cop when you were younger?

Yeah, I mean, in that way that every like sort of 10-year-old kid does, you know, you play cops and robbers, or I grew up in Texas, so Cowboys and Indians and stuff like that.

And it's all like military stuff and and firing guns and chasing bad guys.

Tell us the backstory about Mercy.

Mercy is basically about the lives of three nurses in and out of the hospital.

It's a medical drama, but there's um personal drama involved as well.

And it's just a sort of interesting in-depth look at what nurses in a struggling hospital are trying to achieve.

I just pictured myself saving people.

How can I help anybody when it's all so sad?

It's a job, all right?

That's all it is.

I've never really wanted to be a nurse in in my real life, so it's fun to play a nurse because I guess when you're an actress, you get to do all different sorts of facets of life.

So that's what's great.

Groundhog.

What an intense show.

I mean, just even hearing the name of it, Day One.

All about, you know, devastation.

It's really just about this global thing that is happening that is changing the world as we all know it.

What you see in the pilot episode is this one group of survivors and we're learning how to come together because we're all relative strangers even though we live in the same apartment complex.

I think you're going to be watching a nice big feature with explosion and things like that on your television every week.

If you can just tell the viewers why they should watch this show and how they're going to get addicted.
