So tell me how you got involved?

I did this last year, and um, they have just been so supportive of what I do and and let me promote my Pussycat Dolls workout uh fitness DVD.

So you're going to actually do a class here today?

I am.

Yeah, I'm going to do a class.

I'm gonna teach, you know, what I do on the DVD.

It's a fun workout.

I always say everyone and anyone can learn it, but you just have to commit, you got to focus.

It will give you that dancer's body that we all want.

But if you're not Robin Antin, and you don't have them, and you don't have the moves, can you do you think you can still handle the class?

I, you know what?

I definitely think you can.

I mean, I will teach it in a way that everyone can really learn.

Repetition is always the way to learn something.

To me, the ultimate sex symbol is a Pussycat Doll.

She can dance.

She's got attitude.

She's got confidence, and she's hot.

How do you become a Pussycat Doll?

Well, that's so true.

A Pussycat Doll is number one to start with confidence.

Of course, I look for girls that can sing and dance and do it all and and really that are triple threats, but the real meaning of a Pussycat Doll, it comes from the inside.

It comes from feeling confident, owning your sexiness.

How do you keep up with everything?

I'm judging So You Think You Can Dance right now.

I'm having the time of my life doing that.

I love it.

I love judging people.

In the nicest way possible.

No, I was actually, actually last night, I was pretty nice.

Um, but um, I'm also, you know, I've been actually, I was choreographing this last season, um, American Idol, which was so exciting.

I got to work with Beyoncé, um, you know, everyone.

It was amazing.

I'm in development with Kim Kardashian right now for a reality show, um, that is um, gonna really follow me and my world of just sort of building my empire.

I'm also creating the new Pussycat Doll.

I was just gonna ask, I'm so happy you said it.

I didn't want to be a spoiler here, but that's really exciting.

I'm working with Carmen Electra today.

I'm on my way back to rehearsal after this.
