What's up, Young Hollywood? Today, we are at the 2022 Sneaker Con, where we're going to be talking to some of our Young Hollywood favorites. JaVan Walton from Euphoria and checking out all the cool sneakers that they have on display. So, check it out. What's up, Young Hollywood! We're with two of our faves. How are you guys? Welcome to Sneaker Con.
Amazing. Thank you for having us.
Yeah, man. I'm doing really good and thank you for having us here.
So many fans here waiting to meet you guys. How are you feeling seeing the crowd?
Good. We met a couple already. I mean, it's it's been amazing. We we released the shoe today and then I gave one of one of one, a very special one. Uh, so well, yeah, we're excited to meet more people.
Yeah, man. I'm really just excited to meet all of y'all, you know, seeing everybody here and just the support is absolutely crazy, so I can't wait to take pictures with everyone.
How do you feel about the final outcome of the shoe?
I mean, like anything there's always room for improvement, but for these ones it was perfectly imperfect. The whole concept that we came up together was um to not, you know, to to not only do it for ourselves, but to show the world that it's not just about uh being perfect and and trying to fit in in this world and be perfect. It's it's showing that it's okay to be imperfect. And that's what we too we did with the story of the shoes.
Yep. Go on. Exactly what Dom said. You killed it with that. Come on now. Everything about this event is really cool, too and seeing like that this is the biggest Sneaker Con. And knowing that I'm here. The biggest one is absolutely amazing, you know, so I love that.
Take us through the fits. So, how did you pick out the fits for today? Because you guys are pretty drippy.
Should we should we got the collab shirt right here. The shoe surgeon and one to fight collab shirt. We we're talking about the prints, yeah. Yeah. And then the shoes are absolutely crazy. I got my own one of one custom of our shoe collab, and in the inside it says, everything happens for a reason. and trust the process. Cause that's two things that me and him very much so believe in. So, you know, we added our little special touches to every single shoe.
Do you think shoes or hats are more important? Cause you got a good hat collection, too.
I'd probably shoes. Probably shoes. You know, like I love hats but How you how are you going to walk with no shoes on? Look, but I like having a cap on all the time. You know what I mean? It's nice to have a cap. I love it.
And what do you think is the like most special thing about being out here together to release the shoe that people can buy, you can sign them, being at Sneaker Con just being able to connect with people.
I think it's about just matching up different worlds and like, you know, doing it through the love of sneakers and the art of sneakers. Because for me, it's it's the art behind it, not just the sneaker. So to be able to do it with someone that's um killing it, uh, with what he does and coming together and showing the world that you can match up a lot of different worlds and and create something that's uh amazing. And I'm I'm grateful that we were able to do this and and create something that's attainable for um, fans and people that just love sneakers or love uh, anything that we do.
100%. It's it's really hard in this world to find super down to earth people and people who are the best at it. So to be able to work with the absolute best, I knew it was going to come out amazing, you know, he kills everything he does and honest like it's it's been bringing our bond closer together this whole process and it's it's been cool to do something almost like a throwback for you, you know, because you used to design Air Forces a lot. So to be able to bring that back and drop a limited quantity of that was really cool for both me and you.
Okay, and last, how would you rate each other's drip? One out of 10. So you rate each other's drip.
I'm not wearing anything crazy. Come on, man. Where's the shoes? You don't you're not carrying the shoes right now. I'm not holding them right now.
Uh, I mean look at it. Those are I mean those shoes are you can't even buy those shoes. That's a one of one. And then you got the the whole drip, you got the T, the collab T, the shorts with the paisley and he wears the cap. I mean, you got some good drip. You got some good drip.
Honestly, like I think your drip tops it by far. I'm giving you I mean, I mean, I mean we made this. I mean like the color combo. Okay, like the fact that you made this right here. That you made it. So, I mean that's pretty an automatic 10, automatic 10. That's a 10.
We're going to get we're going to get him in some in some gear soon, so.
There you go. Well, congrats on the shoe, guys, and you're amazing. Always.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I appreciate you. Thank you.
