Summer Trends on the Runway at LA Swim Week

Hey everyone, I'm Molly Argu for Young Hollywood. And tonight, we are at LA Swim Week.

I want to welcome everyone to LA Swim Week. Get ready. Let's dive in.

This is what I'm going to eat right after we're done with our last runway show. Donuts. What makes this event so special? I know this is a new thing for LA.

I think California, Los Angeles specifically, have one of the most beautiful weather. We have beautiful, uh, women. This is the perfect, uh, spot to do sports and bikinis are needed at all times. You know, we want to get a platform and a runway for designers to show here. They can show in Miami but they should show in Los Angeles. LA is like home of the swimsuit.

I'm backstage with Holly and Devon. You guys are about to walk in LA Swim Week. How does that feel?

It's so exciting. I was able to do this last year and it was a blast. So coming back this year, I'm even more excited, I'm even more confident, so it's fun. It's awesome.

What are you most excited about for tonight?

I love runway in general, seeing all the swimsuits. Every line is awesome, so I'm just looking forward to being with the crowd.

Oh my gosh. This is so much fun. What are you guys most excited about for tonight other than the fact that you're almost done doing hair upon hair upon hair?

Bikinis!

He's excited for bikinis. Do you have a favorite swimsuit that you're wearing tonight on the runway?

I love the emoji line. I think it's really cute. I have little tacos and peppers.

So, what trends are we going to see on the runway tonight for hair?

For hair? Well, we're doing something that's going to be natural but sexy and beachy. The more that they touch the hair, the more beautiful it looks. Still, we're going to leave it with the same texture and then still sexy.
